I think it was Mrs. Berini who attempted to pound it into my head. And if you think that is bad...just be glad I'm not allowed to publicly post examples of some of the awful writing that comes across my desk. I only edit for content, not clarity, but I'm really glad I'm not a tech writer having to decipher it all!
